Q  -    What materials are Wilton pedal boards made from?

A -  All Wilton pedal boards are constructed from rectangular hollow tubing.We use this because it`s strong and light and can with stand years of abuse and heavy stomping"!

Q -    Can I fit a power supply underneath a Wilton pedal board?

A -  It depends on the size of the power supply your using for example; large power supplies such as the VOODOO LAB PEDAL POWER 2 ,and the BBE SUPER CHARGER will fit underneath on (Wilton 700&800 models only) . Use Wilton death grip velcro to attach them underneath!

Q-     I don`t have a paypal account ,can i still pay with my credit/debit card- How do I do this?

A -   You do not need to have a paypal account to purchase products from us,you can simply pay with your credit/debit card if you prefer. To do this add your items to your basket as normal and click on the checkout with paypal button ,you will then be taken to our paypal page where if you look down the left hand side there is I don't have a paypal account click on this and you will then be asked to fill in your credit/debit card details and delivery details etc ,this process is completely safe and is still protected through paypal.

Q -     Where can I buy more Wilton death grip velcro & some extra zip ties for my board ?

A -      Please see our velcro & zip ties page .  ( There you can buy hook & loop velcro in different lengths and also zip ties in different quantities.

 

Q -    Is there a soft bag option ?

A -    No,   soft bags only last so long before starting to tear around the seams and handles, this is down to the sheer weight of all the effects pedals you add to the board.

You will read in so many reviews that soft bags just don't work!! the handles start falling off after a few weeks and the zips break at the first knock and they always say "I wish i`d  gone for the flight case option, now it`s going to cost even more as I have to buy one separately ."

We`ve decided to give you the option of buying just the pedalboard on its own, this still comes with the roll of hook velcro and zip ties,as some people want there pedal board just for home use only   (i.e. bedroom rockers) and don't need a case or bag. this still leaves you the option of buying a Wilton flight case later on if you decided to start gigging / touring etc!

" REMEMBER THERE IS A BIG SAVING WHEN YOU GO FOR THE BOARD & CASE COMBO OPTION "

We do strongly recommend you consider purchasing a Wilton flight case if you happen to do gigs a lot. "When you add up how much you`ve spent on effects pedals ,protecting them is your No.1 priority"

Q -   What power supplies should I use with my Wilton pedal board?

A -   There are no rules to what power supplies you should use, but here`s just a few that we recommend "

• 1-SPOT  from visual sound (highly recommended, great power supply for 20+ pedals!!)

A -   Yes please refer to our custom shop page this is located from the drop down box under pedal board shop.There you can buy pedal boards in different colours with other cool features such as neon lights mounted under your board to really stand out on stage !

Q -  Do you build custom size boards?

A -  No, we believe that in our product range there is a pedal board size to suit every type of player from beginner to professional.

Q -  Whats the delivery time for a custom shop Wilton pedal board?

A -  All custom shop pedal boards are made to order so please allow 14-21  business working days for delivery.

Q -  What warranty do I get with my Wilton pedal board?

A -  All Wilton products come with 12/months warranty and is strictly at our discretion.
