CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN

 

 

Our awesome looking pedal boards are constructed from the finest materials, using rectangular hollow tubing for added strength giving our pedal boards their extremely robust appearance and all the welds are ground flush to create invisible joints making our pedal boards look as though they have been molded rather than fabricated.

 

 

Like our pedal boards our cases are extremely heavy duty and handcrafted with big chrome knuckle corners, recessed heavy duty butterfly locks which can be padlocked if desired and huge rubber feet to protect the cases from damage.

 

 

 

 

 Also a new feature is that the lid of our cases can be removed and lifted off and all our pedal boards can be used inside the case bottom if desired with easy access for cables. We use 12mm thick high density foam inside the case and egg box foam in the top lid for mega protection along with our ultra modern sprung handles for comfort  when carrying ," these cases can take serious amounts of abuse keeping your pedal board safe and protected and ready for action night after night".

 

 

 

 

 

  

All Wilton pedal boards are supplied with Wilton death grip loop velcro already adhered to the top of  your pedal board as standard. We also supply a huge roll of hook velcro for you to stick under your effects pedals and to wrap n`stick your cables & power supplies tight & tidy  underneath your pedal board out of sight !  We also supply you with some  ultra thin black zip ties which when used close to your effects pedals are virtually invisible giving a flawless look to your Wilton pedal board .
